LoyalFans Live Streaming

Written by Sophia Brecht Published Last updated

LoyalFans live streaming happens in a feature called Go Live: a camera show you can open to the public, to followers only or to paying subscribers. Viewers send tips toward up to three goals, you can message single viewers privately while on air, and a paid private mode charges $1 to $30 a minute. One-on-one audio and video calls are a separate product, priced up to $90 a minute.

Those figures come from LoyalFans’ help centre and the price limits in its app, checked on 30 September 2026.

How does LoyalFans live streaming work?

You start a Go Live session from your creator account, choose who may watch, set your tip goals and turn the camera on. LoyalFans’ own description is short: Go Live is “the LoyalFans feature to use to do LIVE Cam Shows for your fans.”

The audience setting has three options: Public, Followers or Subscribers. A public show is open to anyone browsing the site; a subscriber show rewards people who already pay the monthly price. Tips are called gifts in the interface, and the live room enforces a $1.00 minimum per gift. You can set up to three tip-goal levels and require a minimum gift for each one, and the show can be recorded.

Whispers are private messages to individual viewers during the stream. They let you thank a big tipper or answer a question without stopping the show for everyone else.

Two platform rules follow you on air. LoyalFans keeps 20% of every fan payment, gifts included, so a $50 tip puts $40 in your balance. And its creator terms say LoyalFans reviews content before publication and can remove a live stream in real time.

Which live formats can you sell on LoyalFans?

Six formats are documented, and they stack: a public show can lead into a private, and a regular tipper can book a call later.

What is a LoyalFans private show and how is it priced?

A private show uses the only-private option inside Go Live. In LoyalFans’ words, it lets “viewers pay per minute to watch an exclusive show or part of the show”, and the app accepts a price between $1 and $30 a minute.

You do not have to run a whole session behind the per-minute wall. A public or subscriber stream builds the audience, and the private segment charges only the viewers who choose to stay, which is why the free part of a stream is worth planning.

Searchers often ask how private chat works on LoyalFans. During a live show, the private channel is the whisper. Outside a show, private conversation happens in messages, where locked messages and paid incoming messages have their own prices and rules; our page on LoyalFans chatting covers that side.

How are one-on-one calls different from a live show?

A call is one fan and you, on audio or video, billed per minute at a price you set between $1 and $90. LoyalFans’ One on One article also confirms that fans can tip during a call.

Calls do not need an audience, so they suit creators with a small group of high-spending regulars rather than a large crowd. Switching calls on also lists you in the “Call a content creator” section of the site, which is a discovery route of its own. The per-minute price and the setup steps are in LoyalFans’ One on One help article, updated on 29 September 2026.

Can fans control a toy or join a CamJam battle?

Yes to both. The help centre carries setup guides for tip-controlled Lovense and Kiiroo toys, and LoyalFans announced CamJam, its multi-cam battle feature, on 6 June 2024.

A connected toy reacts to gifts, which gives viewers a reason to tip between goals as well as at them. CamJam puts several creators on screen at once; the app lets a battle run from 5 to 30 minutes. The announcement post on LoyalFans’ blog is its own explanation of the format, so read it before you plan a show around a battle.

Does LoyalFans give you a stream key for OBS?

We could not confirm it. None of the LoyalFans pages we read on 30 September 2026 mention a stream key, OBS or any other external encoder.

LoyalFans documents how to start a show in its Go Live help article, updated on 27 September 2026, so check there first. If you want an encoder setup, ask support@loyalfans.com before you promise fans a production-quality stream.

Does going live help new fans find you?

It can. LoyalFans lists creators who are on air under its live listings (“Live content creators” and “New live content creators”), in the same way that switching on calls or Shout Outs adds you to those directories.

What nobody can promise is where in a listing you land. LoyalFans says ranking depends first on relevance to a search, then on content quality and engagement, then on compliance with its policies, and it publishes no weights. A badge marks the top 30% of creators by earnings over the previous seven days. Any agency that guarantees you a top slot is promising something LoyalFans does not sell.

Who runs the work around a live show?

You run the camera. The messages before and after, the follow-up with viewers who tipped and the reminders to subscribers are chat work, and that part can be shared.

One limit is worth knowing. A 2020 LoyalFans blog post said a delegated account manager could not go live on the creator’s behalf or see banking details. We found no newer statement, so treat it as dated.
