LoyalFans Payouts
Written by Sophia Brecht Published Last updated
LoyalFans payouts happen twice a month. Earnings from the 1st to the 15th are paid within 7 working days after the 15th, and earnings from the 16th to the end of the month within 7 working days after it closes. Bank payouts in the US, EU, UK, Canada and Latin America are free, a wire costs $45, and the minimum depends on which LoyalFans page you read.
Every figure here comes from LoyalFans’ payout page, its terms and the payout settings text in its app, read on 30 September 2026.
When do LoyalFans payouts arrive?
Twice a month, one payment per half-month period. LoyalFans closes a period on the 15th and on the last day of the month, then sends the money within 7 working days of each close.
| Earned between | Period closes | LoyalFans sends the payout |
|---|---|---|
| The 1st and the 15th | The 15th | Within 7 working days, the week of the 16th |
| The 16th and month-end | Last day of the month | Within 7 working days, the week of the 1st |
The app adds that payments are “expected to arrive to your account within 7 business days of being sent out”, and the terms say timing “may vary depending on the payout method”. So the date LoyalFans sends the money and the date your bank shows it can be a week apart.
What is the minimum payout on LoyalFans?
LoyalFans gives two different answers. The payout page says the threshold is $50.00 and that smaller balances roll over to the next period; the terms say the minimum, the fees and the methods “vary by method and by the creator’s country of residence” and appear in your account settings.
The studio sign-up page adds a third version: $50 for the US, $100 for SEPA and $150 for wire transfers. Treat $50 as the floor and read the exact figure in your own payout settings before you choose a method.
Which LoyalFans payment methods can creators use?
The app’s payout settings list eight methods, and six of them are free. The public payout page names only four (ACH, wire, SEPA and Paxum), so use the in-app list, reproduced here.
| Method | Who it is for | Fee LoyalFans lists | Currency |
|---|---|---|---|
| ACH / direct deposit | US and US territories | Free | US dollars |
| EFT | Canada only | Free | Not stated |
| UK local (sort code) | UK bank accounts | Free | Pounds, at the daily rate |
| International SEPA | EU bank accounts | Free | Euros, at the daily rate |
| PagoMundo | Latin America only | Free | Not stated |
| Paxum | Paxum account holders | Free | Not stated |
| International wire | Other countries, Canada included | $45 | US dollars |
| Crypto | Not stated | $20 | Not stated |
A ninth option, “Cosmo Payment”, appears in the payout form with no fee listed. PayPal and cheques are not offered. The fees above are what LoyalFans charges; your own bank may add its fees on top.
Does LoyalFans pay in US dollars?
Yes. The Creator Supplement says all fan payments and creator earnings are “transacted in US dollars”. UK local and SEPA payouts are converted to pounds and euros at the daily rate, and a wire arrives in dollars, which a non-US bank may then convert again at its own rate.
How late can you change payout details?
Make the change at least 3 business days before the 1st or the 16th. LoyalFans publishes three deadlines: two business days before the period ends on the payout page, 48 hours before the payout date in the terms, and three business days in the app. The app’s version is the strictest, so it is the safe one to follow.
Can LoyalFans hold back your payouts?
Yes, in specific cases. LoyalFans can withhold unpaid earnings “for as long as is necessary to investigate” a suspected breach or fraud, and it publishes no general holding period beyond that.
Some money waits by design. A Shout Out stays pending until you deliver the video, and a paid incoming message only pays if you answer within 72 hours. Refunds and chargebacks come off your earnings, never off LoyalFans’ 20%. Earnings left unpaid for 12 months because your payout details were wrong are forfeited, and if LoyalFans closes your account it pays undisputed earnings within 45 days. The sender can differ too: the terms say payouts may come from TLFPAY Services, Intermark or other affiliated entities.
Can LoyalFans payouts go to a company or a studio?
To a company, only if you control it. The Creator Supplement allows payment to an entity where the creator holds more than 50% of the ownership or votes.
Studios work differently. If you accept a studio’s invitation, your payouts go to that studio, which receives the 80% and sets a split of 10% to 60% with you, confirmed by email. Before you sign with any agency, ask whether it would move you under a studio account and at what split. Our model runs the other way: LoyalFans pays you directly, you keep the payout details, and we invoice afterwards. The LoyalFans studio program guide explains the studio side in full.
What do you need before your first payout?
A tax form and a verified payout method. US creators submit a W-9, which the app says “is required to receive payouts from LoyalFans”, and creators outside the US submit a W-8BEN. LoyalFans taxes explains both forms, and LoyalFans earnings covers the other end: what you can charge and how much of it you keep.
