LoyalFans Agency FAQ

Last updated

This LoyalFans agency FAQ answers the platform questions a creator should settle before hiring anyone: what LoyalFans keeps, when it pays, the payout minimum, hiding a page by region, the AI rules and what can be sold. Those six answers sit in the accordion below. Questions about our own commission, chat team, results and applications are answered on the page that covers each topic, and the guide below points to it.

Why does a LoyalFans agency FAQ start with the platform’s rules?

Because every agency deal on LoyalFans is built on top of them. The platform fee comes off each sale before any agency commission is worked out, and the payout calendar decides when a creator has the money to settle an invoice.

The same documents limit what an agency may do for you. LoyalFans’ terms of service tell fans that “nonparties may assist Creators in operating their accounts”, yet they keep the creator responsible for everything posted and sent from the account. The Acceptable Use Policy rules out AI chat without human oversight. We answer those rules first and date each answer, so you can hold any agency, including us, to them.

Where is each question about hiring an agency answered?

Every agency question is answered once, on the page with the detail it needs. The table below sends you there.

Which LoyalFans questions has the platform left open?

Some questions have no public answer, and we would rather say so than fill the gap with a guess. As of 30 September 2026, LoyalFans does not publish:

  • a complete table of minimum payouts by method and country (each creator sees their own in settings)
  • a general holding period before earnings become payable
  • which 1099 form, if any, it issues for creator earnings (see LoyalFans taxes)
  • a list of countries where creators can register or be paid
  • how much weight each ranking factor carries in search and listings
  • fan numbers or total payouts; its only scale figure is “more than 25,000 creators”

If an agency quotes exact numbers for any of these, ask where they came from.

How current are these answers?

Each platform answer on this page was checked against LoyalFans’ terms of service, Creator Supplement, payout page and help centre on 30 September 2026. LoyalFans revised its legal documents several times between October 2025 and August 2026 without publishing a changelog, which is why every answer carries its date. For LoyalFans’ own vocabulary (gifts, delegates, studios, Shout Outs), see the LoyalFans glossary.

Frequently asked questions

How much does LoyalFans take from creators?

LoyalFans keeps a platform fee of 20% on every fan payment, tax excluded, and pays the creator the remaining 80%. Its Creator Supplement (last modified 10 July 2026) counts gifts as fan payments, so tips carry the same fee as subscriptions, locked messages, live shows and store sales. A refund or chargeback is taken from the creator’s 80%, and the fee is not returned. On some promotion days LoyalFans has paid creators 100%. Checked against the Creator Supplement on 30 September 2026.

When does LoyalFans pay out?

Twice a month. Each month has two earning periods on LoyalFans: days 1–15, then the 16th through month end. Once a period closes, the platform sends its earnings within 7 working days. The in-app settings phrase this as payouts in the week of the 1st and the week of the 16th, and how fast the money arrives depends on your payout method. Switching bank or payout details? Allow 3 business days or more before the 1st or the 16th. We checked the LoyalFans payout page on 30 September 2026.

What is the LoyalFans minimum payout?

LoyalFans’ public payout page names a $50.00 minimum, and a balance below it rolls over to the next pay period. Its terms of service are less fixed: the threshold, fees and available methods depend on the payout method and your country of residence, and your account settings show the figure that applies to you. The studio sign-up page, for instance, lists $100 for SEPA and $150 for wire transfers. Treat $50 as the baseline and confirm it in settings. Checked against the payout page on 30 September 2026.

Can I hide my LoyalFans page from certain countries?

Yes. The Privacy and Safety area of LoyalFans’ settings has a Blocked Regions tab where a creator picks whole countries, or single US states, that should not see the account. According to the help centre, the profile “won’t be visible” in the places selected, and each region can be unblocked again from the same tab. It suits creators who would rather not be found where they live or work. Source: the LoyalFans help centre article on privacy settings, checked 30 September 2026.

Does LoyalFans allow AI content or AI chat?

Both are restricted. LoyalFans’ Acceptable Use Policy (last updated 8 July 2026) bans photorealistic content substantially generated by AI, bans AI systems that talk to fans or produce personalised replies without human oversight, and bans presenting AI material as a real person’s work. An inbox answered by a bot on autopilot breaks those rules. Our chatters are people, and a person writes every message they send; how our chat team works covers the rest. Checked against the Acceptable Use Policy on 30 September 2026.

What can creators sell on LoyalFans?

Subscriptions and a lot besides. A LoyalFans subscription costs $1 to $50 a month, with one price per profile, and timeline posts can carry a separate price for non-subscribers. On top of that come locked messages, fans paying to message you, gifts, live shows with pay-per-minute private sessions, one-on-one audio and video calls, Shout Out mini videos, and separate stores for video clips, audio and images. Every sale is in US dollars and carries the same 20% fee. Sources: LoyalFans’ creator page and help centre, checked 30 September 2026.
