LoyalFans Management
Last updated
LoyalFans management is the daily running of a creator’s LoyalFans profile: the subscription price and its offers, prices on posts and locked messages, the video, audio and image stores, Shout Out requests, the live calendar and a weekly look at the numbers. Our team does that work for you. You keep the content decisions, the login and the payouts, and nothing changes without your sign-off.
What does LoyalFans management cover?
Anything on the profile that carries a price. The table splits each area into the part we run and the part that stays yours.
| Area | What we run | What stays yours |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription | The monthly price, up to three bundles, discount and free-trial campaigns | Approval of every price change |
| Timeline and stories | Posting calendar, prices for non-subscribers, highlights | What gets posted |
| Locked messages | Price, timing, follow-ups | What is inside them |
| Video, audio and image stores | Prices, tags, discounts, release order | What you record |
| Shout Outs | Taking requests, quoting, tracking deadlines | Yes or no on each request |
| Live shows and calls | Schedule, announcements, tip goals | Whether you go live at all |
| Statistics | A weekly read and a written report | Your own dashboard access |
Does LoyalFans have membership tiers?
No. Each profile has a single subscription price, which LoyalFans’ help centre says must sit between $1 and $50 for the month; we found no multi-tier option in the help centre or the app. So the tiering happens around that one price instead:
- Subscription bundles: up to three, for 3, 6 or 12 months, at 0% to 50% off.
- Promotional campaigns: from 1 to 100 offers, expiring after 1 to 30 days, at anything from 70% off to free. One public campaign can run at a time, private ones without limit.
- Free trials exist, but LoyalFans’ creator terms cap them at one month while its help centre offers free days up to a year, so we check the current limit in your settings before promising one to a fan.
Checked against LoyalFans’ help centre on 30 September 2026. Our habit is to keep the headline price steady and use private campaigns to win back fans who lapsed.
What sells outside the subscription?
Most of the menu. Timeline posts can carry a price for non-subscribers, so a post included for your subscribers becomes something followers can buy one at a time. Locked messages take any price from $1 to $5,000.
The three stores run separately from the subscription. Video clips can be up to 6GB, carry up to 10 tags and take per-clip discounts of 5% to 70%; the tags decide whether fans find them in LoyalFans’ site-wide clip search. Audio clips are bought one by one and never come with the subscription. The image store, launched on 26 March 2026, sells bundles and series. Shout Outs are short custom videos made on request, due in 3, 7 or 14 days, from $5 each, and the money stays pending until you deliver. The LoyalFans stores guide goes deeper on each one.
Where do live shows and stories fit?
Around your calendar, never ours. Go Live lets you pick the audience (public, followers or subscribers) and set up to three tip goals. Private shows during a live can be priced from $1 to $30 a minute, and one-on-one audio or video calls from $1 to $90 a minute. We plan when these happen and announce them; you decide whether they happen. LoyalFans live streaming explains the settings.
Stories disappear after 24 hours unless you save them as highlights, and LoyalFans’ team reviews each one before it appears. They count toward discovery too, which is why they sit in the posting calendar.
What reporting comes with LoyalFans management?
A written report every week, built from the same statistics dashboard you can open yourself. LoyalFans launched that dashboard on 10 August 2026. It breaks down earnings by type, top fans, message engagement rate, live earnings and where fans are by country.
Retention runs off those numbers. We watch which subscribers are due to lapse, offer bundles before they go, and follow up by message with the ones who already left. The messaging itself is covered on LoyalFans chatting.
Who does a LoyalFans account manager answer to?
To you, and LoyalFans holds you answerable for them. Its terms say that someone assisting with a creator account “does not affect your legal responsibility”. LoyalFans’ built-in option for helpers is the delegated account: each helper uses their own LoyalFans account, you confirm by email, and you can revoke manager access at any time. How our team gets access to your account is agreed in writing before we begin, and our pricing sets out what the service costs.
Frequently asked questions
How long does onboarding take?
The first step is quick: a person answers your application within 24 to 48 hours. After that the pace is mostly yours, depending on when the call happens and when you sign. A brand-new creator also has to pass LoyalFans’ identity check, done through a third-party verification service, and file a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (outside the US) before payouts can start. Once you sign, our first job is a full review of prices, stores and settings.
What do I still decide myself?
Everything creative and everything personal. You choose what to film and post, which requests to accept, whether to go live, and what fans may never be offered. Price changes need your approval. You also hold the account email, the two-factor device and your payout details, so you decide who has access and where the money goes. If something we propose doesn’t sit right with you, it doesn’t happen.
What reporting do I get?
A written report each week covering what the account earned and where it came from: subscriptions, messages, stores, Shout Outs and live. It also notes which fans spend most, how messages are performing and what we plan to change next. Because the figures come from LoyalFans’ statistics dashboard, launched in August 2026, you can open the same screen in your own account and check every number against it.
