LoyalFans Chatters

Last updated

LoyalFans chatters answer a creator’s fans and sell through the conversation: locked messages, paid incoming messages, gifts and the whispers sent during a live show. Ours are trained people. Software keeps notes on each fan, but a person types every message, which is also what LoyalFans’ rules demand, since its acceptable use policy bans AI that talks to fans without human oversight.

Where does message revenue come from on LoyalFans?

From four places, and each one pays in its own way. We checked the limits below in LoyalFans’ app and help centre on 30 September 2026.

SourceWhat it isThe detail that matters
Locked messagesA message the fan pays to openAny price from $1 up to $5,000
Paid incoming messagesThe fan pays to send you text, a photo, a video, a GIF or audioThe money only arrives if the message is answered within 72 hours
GiftsTips, in chat or in a live roomLive-room minimum of $1, with up to three tip goals
WhispersPrivate messages to one viewer during a live showOnly that viewer sees them, not the room

The 72-hour rule is the plain business case for overnight cover. If a paid message sent at 3 a.m. on a Saturday is still unanswered on Tuesday morning, the payment for it is never received. So we staff chat around the clock.

How does private chat work on LoyalFans?

Through direct messages, which can be free, paid by the fan to send, or locked by you until the fan pays. During a live show, whispers let you talk to one viewer without the room seeing it. Private shows ($1–$30 a minute) and one-on-one calls ($1–$90 a minute) are separate paid features that a conversation can lead into. LoyalFans live streaming covers those.

What does LoyalFans allow a chat team to do?

Help, in the open. LoyalFans’ terms of service tell fans that “nonparties may assist Creators in operating their accounts and in Creator Interactions”, and its standard agreement between fan and creator (March 2026) says third parties may help manage those interactions. LoyalFans never uses the word “chatter” in any of its documents, but that wording is what covers one.

The limits come from the same documents:

  • The creator stays legally responsible for everything written from the account.
  • No one may be given the creator’s password.
  • AI may not talk to fans without human oversight, and AI material may not be passed off as human work.
  • Rival adult platforms may not be promoted or linked, usernames and referral codes included.
  • Payments go through LoyalFans only, never PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or a similar outside route.

Why are our LoyalFans chatters people, not bots?

Because LoyalFans prohibits unsupervised AI chat, and because a fan paying per message can tell when the replies come from a template. Our chatters use software for fan history, notes and scheduled sends. The writing is theirs.

How well that works shows up in the numbers. On one OnlyFans account we took over, PPV open rates went from 15% to over 40% within 14 days, after PPV prices were reset and dormant subscribers were won back. That is an OnlyFans result, not a LoyalFans one; on LoyalFans the same work goes into locked messages.

How are your boundaries set?

In writing, before the first shift. The document is yours and the team works from it:

  • topics that are off limits, and words you never use
  • the lowest price for anything sold, and what is never offered at any price
  • how custom requests and Shout Out orders reach you, since you approve each one
  • what happens when a fan pushes past a limit

Nothing in it changes without your agreement. If you’d like to know what the job looks like from the other side, LoyalFans chatter jobs describes it. Chat is usually part of wider LoyalFans management, and pricing shows where full chat cover sits in our 25%–50% range.

Frequently asked questions

Are your LoyalFans chatters bots or AI?

No. Every LoyalFans chatter on our team is a trained person, and a human writes each message a fan receives. We use software for fan notes, purchase history and scheduling, never to generate replies on its own. That also keeps the account inside LoyalFans’ acceptable use policy, whose current version (8 July 2026) prohibits AI that responds to users without human oversight.

Do fans know a team helps with the messages?

LoyalFans tells them. Every fan accepts LoyalFans’ terms, which say that people other than the creator may help with the account and with fan interactions, and the standard fan contract says the same. We don’t lean on that wording as cover. Our team writes in your voice, follows your written limits and never presents AI output as you, which LoyalFans’ policy forbids anyway.

Which languages do the chatters write in?

English is our chat team’s working language on every shift. If a large share of your fans write in another language, tell us before signing; LoyalFans’ statistics show where fans are by country, which helps us judge it. Any extra language we agree to cover is written into your agreement, and we won’t commit to one we can’t staff properly. LoyalFans runs its app in 14 languages, though its help centre is English only.
