LoyalFans Studio Program

Written by Sophia Brecht Published Last updated

The LoyalFans studio program lets a registered business manage several creators from one dashboard. Once a creator sits under a studio, LoyalFans sends the creator’s 80% share to the studio, and the studio pays the creator an agreed split set between 10% and 60%, which the creator confirms by email. LoyalFans’ Studio Agreement also demands written contracts and a two-year non-solicitation promise.

We read the Studio Agreement (last updated 10 July 2026), the public studio sign-up page and the studio screens in LoyalFans’ app on 30 September 2026.

What is the LoyalFans studio program?

It is LoyalFans’ own route for businesses that manage more than one creator. The sign-up page invites studios to “Register now to manage models and more on LoyalFans!”, and the studio gets a dashboard for the creators it manages.

The legal side sits in a separate contract, the Studio Agreement, which the studio signs with LoyalFans, the platform operated by TLFPAY LLC of St. Petersburg, Florida. The creator is not a party to it, so the creator’s own contract with the studio is what protects the creator.

Who can register a LoyalFans studio?

Under the Studio Agreement, only a registered entity: it says “Studio must be an entity.” Owners submit identification, may be background-checked, and none may ever have been charged with trafficking-related crimes.

The FAQ on LoyalFans’ studio sign-up page says something looser, that “Anyone can start a studio account! (as long as you are over the age of 18).” The signed agreement is the binding document, so we go by that.

How does money move under a studio account?

LoyalFans keeps its 20% platform fee, pays the remaining 80% to the studio, and the studio pays the creator. The creator’s screen says it plainly: “Your payouts will be sent to this studio.”

The agreement makes the studio “solely responsible for making all payments to Studio Models” and treats a failure to pay them as a material breach. LoyalFans pays the studio twice a month; when the creator is paid after that depends on the studio.

What does the 10% to 60% split mean for the creator?

It is the range LoyalFans allows in the studio’s “Payment Split” setting: “Rate must be between 10% and 60%.” The creator has to confirm the rate through an email from LoyalFans before it applies.

LoyalFans’ text leaves two things open. It does not say whether the rate is the creator’s share or the studio’s, and it does not say whether it is measured on the 80% or on the full fan payment. Take $1,000 in fan payments: $800 reaches the studio. A 40% rate could mean $320 or $480 for the creator depending on which side it describes, and different figures again if it is worked out on the $1,000. What does the Studio Agreement require of the studio’s contract with you?

A written agreement with every creator, “providing for reasonable compensation” and telling the creator about LoyalFans’ Acceptable Use Policy. That agreement “must not contain any language prohibiting Studio Models from leaving the Studio at any time or from registering as a creator on the Platform after leaving the Studio.”

The penalty is real: if a studio’s contract breaks it, LoyalFans “may promptly terminate Studio and retain all unpaid Studio Earnings.” For a creator, the practical reading is that a studio contract with a lock-in period or a ban on returning to LoyalFans alone conflicts with what LoyalFans requires of the studio.

What does the two-year non-solicitation clause cover?

The studio promises that during the agreement and for two years afterwards it will not hire or solicit anyone who is a LoyalFans employee or contractor, or who was “a content creator on the Platform at any time during the previous 12 months.”

Read literally, the clause limits the studio, not the creator. How LoyalFans applies it to studios that invite creators already on the site is not published, so we leave the interpretation to LoyalFans and a lawyer.

How is a creator moved under a studio?

By invitation. The creator sees a notice that the studio “requested to move you under their management” and can accept or reject it; invitations expire after 5 days. A studio can also add a creator by sending an identity-verification link from Ondato, the provider LoyalFans uses for ID checks.

Is a LoyalFans delegated account the lighter alternative?

For many arrangements, yes. A delegated account lets another LoyalFans user manage your account through a “Login as” switch, so no password changes hands, and your payouts keep going to you.

The delegate needs an active LoyalFans account of their own. You add them in your account settings, confirm by email and can revoke access at any time; the app allows up to 20. A 2020 LoyalFans blog post said delegates cannot see banking details or go live on your behalf, and we found no newer statement either way. Sharing your password is no alternative, because LoyalFans’ terms of service forbid it.

What should you check before accepting a studio invitation?

Get the answers in writing before you click accept, because accepting moves your payouts.

  • Which registered entity signed LoyalFans’ Studio Agreement.
  • The split rate, whose share it describes, and whether it applies to the 80% or to gross, with a worked example.
  • How many days after LoyalFans pays the studio you are paid, and by which method.
  • A copy of the written agreement LoyalFans requires, showing you can leave at any time.
  • What happens to money the studio holds for you on the day you leave.
  • Whether a delegated account would give the same help without moving your payouts.
