LoyalFans Video Store

Written by Sophia Brecht Published Last updated

The LoyalFans video store is a clip shop that runs separately from your subscription: each video is bought on its own, by subscribers and non-subscribers alike. Clips stream at 1280x720, uploads can be up to 6GB, each clip takes up to 10 tags and can be discounted. LoyalFans adds an audio store, an image store launched in March 2026, and made-to-order Shout Out videos.

We read LoyalFans’ help-centre articles and blog on 30 September 2026 for everything below. Prices marked “in the app” are the limits LoyalFans’ own settings forms accept.

How does the LoyalFans video store work?

You upload a clip, give it a price, tags and an optional discount, and it goes on sale to anyone who finds it. Buying a clip is a one-off purchase, independent of whether the fan subscribes to you.

The technical limits are specific. LoyalFans streams store clips at 1280x720, lets you decide whether buyers may also download the file, and caps any single upload at 6GB. The clip price field in the app runs from $1 to $30 by default. Discounts can be set per clip, anywhere from 5% to 70% off, which gives you a way to push an older video without touching the rest of the catalogue.

Tags do more work than they appear to. Fans can search the site-wide clip store by tag, and LoyalFans’ own article says tags “are important to find your video clips in the general listing of the LoyalFans video clip stores.” A clip with good tags can be found by people who have never seen your profile. The full upload walkthrough is in the Video Store help article, updated on 13 September 2026.

What can you sell in each LoyalFans store?

Four paid formats sit outside the subscription. They share one rule: the fan pays per item, and LoyalFans keeps 20% of each sale, the same fee it takes on subscriptions and tips.

How do store sales differ from subscription content?

Subscription posts unlock for everyone who pays your monthly price, which LoyalFans allows between $1 and $50. Store items are bought one at a time, and paying the subscription does not include them.

That makes the two work differently. The subscription pays for the feed: timeline posts and whatever else you promise subscribers. The stores sell individual pieces to a wider pool, including people who will never subscribe. LoyalFans blurs the line a little in two places. A timeline post can carry a separate price for non-subscribers, so the public can buy a post your subscribers get as part of the feed. And locked messages, which the app lets you price from just over $1 up to $5,000, sell a single item inside a conversation.

Put simply, the feed keeps subscribers renewing and the stores sell to people who want one thing. Our guide to how LoyalFans works sets out the subscription side in more detail.

What is the LoyalFans audio store?

It is a separate shop for audio clips, bought one by one. LoyalFans’ help centre is direct about it: “All audio clips listed in your audio store can be purchased individually and are not available to your subscribers as part of their profile subscription.”

The app’s default price range is the same as for video, $1 to $30. Audio has no camera and no lighting, so for some creators it is the cheapest format to produce. It sells to the same one-off buyer as a clip.

What did the image store add in 2026?

LoyalFans announced an image store on 26 March 2026, so photos can now be sold on their own the way clips and audio already were. The interface groups them as bundles and series.

The launch post does not publish price limits or say how image sales interact with the subscription, so check the settings in your own account before you move photo sets out of the feed.

How do LoyalFans Shout Outs work?

A Shout Out is a short personal video a fan orders from you. LoyalFans calls them “short non-professional mini-custom videos”, and you choose a delivery window of 3, 7 or 14 days.

The money is held while you work: the Shout Outs article says “The money will be pending between order and delivery.” In practice that means the turnaround you pick is a promise with money attached, so choose a window you can keep in a busy week, not a quiet one. The app sets a $5 minimum price. Switching Shout Outs on also lists you in LoyalFans’ Shout Outs directory, which is another way fans find creators. The rules are in the Shoutouts help article, updated on 29 September 2026.

How much of your income should come from the stores?

LoyalFans publishes no split between store and subscription income, and neither do we, because it depends on what you make and how you promote it. What the stores add is reach: tagged clips are searchable across the site, and Shout Outs put you in a directory.

A clip only earns if someone sees it. Traffic from outside LoyalFans and a message that points a fan to the right clip both help, and those are the parts an agency can run: LoyalFans marketing covers the first and how much you can make on LoyalFans looks at how the income streams add up.
